Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. We do not accept online cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact us directly at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited. If you fail to contact us and do not show up for your appointment, you authorize us to charge the card on file for the remaining balance of the scheduled service.
